I think this is a rebalancing update of the 'Big Update'. This looks like the final details on this. Will there be any other additions to the update? Will keep you posted if there are...

New update is on its way. What are you expecting ... Christmas presents? Well here is what you can be sure of....
A short summary here or the long version below...
Two major changes
🔹Shield changes
🔹Town Hall 11 with new hero and new defense, higher lvl in witches and minions for th 11 only
So what about shield changes? No more th sniping for a quick shield. Shields start at 30% destruction and the attacker must have used 30% of their troops and troops for this calculation includes heros.
New village guard - comes into play as soon as shield ends. Free village guard from between 15 mins and 3 hours. Length of time increases from Crystal upwards.
Shield no longer cancelled with attacks, only reduced.
Village guard is not reduced nor cancelled with attacking.
You can donate dark spells and there is a new screen which shows what has been donated.
Get those town halls inside your base as they now contain lots more loot including de.
The town hall now counts as a storage building so goblins will go for it with double the damage.
The town hall must be destroyed 100% in order to get the loot. Yes they thought of lightening spells!
League bonuses are increased with the amount you get depending upon the damage % with 50% damage achieving 80% of the league bonus and 70% damage 100% bonus.

More reasons for having the town hall inside!
- Loot distributed to town hall and storages
- Town hall share of loot = 1 gold storage, 1 elixir storage and 1/4 dark elixir storage
- Town hall must be completely destroyed to get loot
- Town hall loot increases with town hall level
- Goblins will now go for Town Hall and Clan Castle with double damage as they now count as resource buildings
League Bonus
- League bonus significantly increased
- Bonus progressive from 0% to 100% based on destruction
- 100% league bonus at 70% destruction

- Gain more trophies from attacks and losing less from defense

- Slightly increased with town hall 6-10
Multiplayer matching
- Closer to town hall level
- Attacking a lower level town hall will give slightly lower loot
- Match making is less likely to offer targets at 2 town hall levels difference (below champion lvl only)
Other Changes:
- All trap rearm costs massively reduced (-75% rearm cost reduction on average of all traps)
- X-Bow reload costs massively reduced (-70% reload cost reduction for all levels)
- Time until you can be attacked after going offline increased from 1 minute to 5 minutes (to help cases of accidentally going offline)
- Boost now 5 gems for 1 hour
- Skipping to 'Next' base at town hall 10 is reduced in cost to 900

A long video on forums has a Q&A style of interview to allay any concerns over changes in the game. The main points I thought were:

- Yes, the game is going to change
- They believe it will be more fun rather than 80% of attacks being town hall snipes
- Yes they believe there will be more loot available
- Yes you will need to put your town hall inside
- Farmers that get attacked will have about 3 attacks to do under shiled to make up for the loss
- The new shields mean that you can turn your back on the game without getting attacked, so no more blink and you are attacked
- Rushed bases are going to have trouble - get defenses built up asap
- There is no escaping the 3 hours max constant play, without getting attacked before the 3 hours is reset again. (that's the short explanation)
- They are going to look into having war tournaments

What does it do?
New Hero - Grand Warden
Not sure about his looks but could be worth upgrading to town hall 11 for him alone.

🔹Build with 6m elixir (not dark elixir) and upgrade to max at lvl 20

🔹Preset to air (with wings symbol) or ground mode
